Mali Estate is a small boutique olive grove in the Southern Tablelands of NSW. It is family owned and run by George and Joan Bautovich and their children Michael and Suzanne who are passionate about producing sustainable, healthy artisan EVOO.
This oil has been certified by the Australian Olive Industry's Code of Practice and is rich in polyphenols with a superior level of antioxidants.
